ASMotor releases

I'm happy to announce that I now (finally) have an automated build system in place for ASMotor.

Currently binaries are being built from the latest commit for Linux (amd64), Amiga, macOS, and Windows. Also built are .deb and a Windows setup program.

Additionally some automation now exists for creating numbered SemVer releases, and I hope to make this a more regular occurence.
